It's all very simple. There is no need for special rating system for ports vs. original content...just rate the skin according to the quality, completeness, useability, etc....whatever rating system you use, just use it. I had some troubles the other day, but finally got my upload to go, after three tries. I used the Submit A File link under the Resources section and made sure I wasn't on www2.wincustomize, but on www.wincustomize.
Okay I was going to go into this whole dialog about how what SKS does is import, not port and continue to split hairs about porting to try to differentiate the manual porting done in other apps from SKS's import feature. I've decided against that. Desktop customization, no matter the path taken to get there, is why we are here. Instead I'm offering assistance, at least with WB skins. Can you honestly say five minutes spent in SkinStudio porting a skin is worth 40-60hrs creating a WB skin? I have to agree with you there, if the time isn't spent finishing what SKS doesn't do. Snidely Whiplash's ports are the perfect example of how to do ports from Msstyles to WBA the right way .
