Simple single email is the best approach. Go to My Account => Preferences => Preferences....will at least let you see 25 skins at a time. I agree about the skins watch list. Should be able to set it for a listing view instead of a thumbnail and have it configurable to show upwards of 50 skins...something like the my skins page without all the download/rating data would work for me.
