My brother wants to know how to make visualizations for WMP... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

He's got some cool ideas and would like to put them into practice. Is there some coding language you have to learn to create these effects? I think it would be neat to include visualizations in skin packages for WMP. Any help?

How do I purge all the files listed in the WMP Library. I dont need to keep track to all the tunes I listen too so I'd like to just keep that from being recorded. Is there a way to do that? Thanx in advance for the help.

Ok try this (Note: I have ME so I am making educated guesses): Once your in the folder oyu want to alter, clisk on the "View" menu at the top. In ME there is something that says "Customize This Folder." Once you click on that, a box comes up that lets you change all the settings you described above. I dont know if its similar on XP but try and see. Good luck!

YOu dont have to have a button to move it. YOu just need a spot with no buttons there to be able to move it. I am working on a skin for WMP and I accidently made no empty spots on it so I couldnt. All you need is a spot with no buttons. Good luck!

Tip: When you put your mouse over the buttons, the key combination for them shows up in the status bar of IE. I dont know if there is an equivalent function in other browsers though. In IE, where it saysjavascript: smilie(' ') you would just type in . Just use whats in the quotes.

What I do is put my folder on my hard drive in the c: folder or something like that. Then I link to it with a shortcut and change the shortcut icon.
