Awesome icon work.
They should be, Ian "Voo" Black made them. He's been doing some amazing work for Stardock Design lately. He has amazing artist vision, as do all of the Stardock Design artists. I am sure that the Art that is produced for HyperDesk will be amazing, but I'm still wondering how they will be able to provide end user support. It's one thing to provide second level support, but end user support requires several staff members and t
Impulse showed a premium skin update last night, ran it and Quest is now mia in the MC menu
That's an interesting one.....please email [email protected] with as much info as you have. I don't think we have run into that yet.
Well it's just the perfect way for Stardock to get more than 100 % of price augmentation on suites ...
OD users get themes at $9.95 for Inspired and $14.95 for IP rel
I think, if you have to pay for some so called UPGRADE I hope your getting a upgraded skin not just modified to use with my colors
The only ones that will have an upgrade path are ones that were previously XP only. Vista adds a new substyle and more icons, so that is why there is an upgrade. Pirate and Magic were always Vista, so they are free to anyone who already purchased the Premium suite.
Do the licenses on most games preclude reselling (and they are just ignored)?
Game EULA's typically do NOT allow transfer of licenses. So, though you can buy a used game, you can't register it or get support on it.
I remember some research couple of years ago that found that about 90% of EULA (including Microsoft's) are not totaly legal and wouldn't stand trial in most of the cases/states.
I'd like to see where that research c

Actually, if you read the License Agreement, we don't transfer licenses, anyway. So, though you can sell the hard copy, the person who buys it can't actually register it (we don't like supporting 2 or more people but only getting paid once for it). So, your "rights" to the license and what you can do with it, per the license agreement, are the same either way.

lol...that had to be a shock! I never considered microwaving eggs.... I microwaved crayons before. I made "crayon art" on paper plates. It was all fine and good until I microwaved one too long and the wax vapors caught fire like a giant candle and caught the plate on fire. Flaming microwave!!
I take 1 grain of armour and 50mg of Synthroid at night before bed.
I don't mean to be an alarmist...but, are you sure that is right? That is complete thyroid replacement, which you really don't want to do unless you have a noticeable goiter or nodules/cysts that are growing. That is also a really high dose- as high as what I am on, and I'm overweight and have no Thyroid at all. Too much hormone can cause serious problems including heart failure.&nbsp

CarGuy1, you can't use MyColors for suites, it uses a different packaging. We plan to make it more robust for OD users in the future but it is just in development right now. However, there are only two that are fully Vistafied, and that is Magic and Pirate. We will be getting the people who bought those transitioned over to the MyColors version very soon. Omega now has an upgrade path, also.
left it showing in WB but crashed the program as soon as selected it so had to remove the Quest folder on the Laptop.
What version of WB are you using? I have a feeling that it needs to be ugraded. MyColors will use WB when installed, but it doesn't see if it is older than what MyColors needs (which is something we are building into it).
The installer prompts me to uninstall MyColors instead of just installing the new theme as I currently have MyColors installed with the Qwest theme. Appears that they must work on the installer further.
We ran into that yesterday. I think it's because the CNet version is trying to install over the installed one instead of recognizing it and just installing the theme. We're aware of the issue and are looking into it.
So....does this mean the only way us XP users will be able purchase any new premium skins will have to use/purchase MyColors in order to get them?
MyColors is how hey are packaged. It's like a ThemeManager, but has the basic software with it. You pay for the theme, and OD users get a discount because they already paid for the full versions of the software. Once you install MyColors, you don't have to reinstall it, you just use it to download and app

We will be offering a free upgrade to the MyColors version to anyone who purchased in the last 6 months. If the purchase was made prior to that, the upgrade to Vista will be $4.95 (there is an email being prepared to send out for this). "Premium suites" as we know them will be phased out over the next month and replaced with MyColors. As the themes get updated for Vista, they will be published as MyColors suites. The upgrade fees, however, only pay for the extra work
Hmm I see the Diamond theme comes with Apogee icons (presumably updated for Vista with live folders) yet there is still no update for previous purchasers of the IP
We're working on it. Paul lost his mind and added more colors along with the Vista update. We're now trying to get substyles working in the new IP with the bazillion substyles that it has. So, it's coming...very soon.

Tova, you don't have to give me that much info, I've had thyroid problems for the past 19 years and have been thyroid free for over 4 years (I had a lobe removed when I was 18, and the rest over 4 years ago). Armour Thyroid is still prescribed by many Endocrinologists, and is on an uprise due to it being more naturally compatible. Some people will never convert T4, and if you don't have a thyroid, or it is minimally functioning, you need both T3 and T4 to have a properly regulat
When I didn't feel better, I asked for a copy of all my labs so I could research myself...and guess what? What the military considers "normal" thyroid levels is NOT what civilian endocrinologist and the latest medical research show are normal and healthy.
There isn't a set in stone "normal" standard. A real endocrinologist uses the lab results as a guide and treats you clinically. Hormones and how they react in your body are very individual. You also

I know that hindsight is 20/20, but I think I know two of your downfalls to puppy doom: 1) Puppies and 2 year olds- the worse mix on earth. Though amazingly adorable, the 2 should never exist in a house at the same time, at least not on purpose. 2) Dachshund. Did you research the breed first? I don't know much about pugs, but I know A LOT about dachshunds (I have 4 and had an older one that died a few years ago. Dachshunds mellow with age. However,

I'm also not sure what the point of your post was. You say that TSF is not a technology company. OK. So, why the long flame about everything? We have never talked about TSF having bad artists, the only discussion we have had was about the technology. Stardock is a technolo

Private business should remain private. Business owners should have the right to refuse service. Gay people don't bother me. Would I take pictures at their commitment ceremony? Probably not...I only shoot Weddings... Should I be forced to change my business practices because somebody wanted me to take photos of something I don't do? That would be BS. I shouldn't be forced to take photos of anything that I don't want to. That would be like going
