If Stardock is looking to bring in more customers that might want to spend money then why not attempt to drawn more female customers/skinners to the site? I have said it many times - women have money too...and we arent afraid to spend it on silly stuff like skins and programs that others thing are pointless. A woman stumbling onto this site might only see the front page. Most women coming here will probably only look in the wallpaper gallery....with the exception of the few that know a
Are they going to remoderate everything that didn't make it to the main gallery...this seems like it may create a bigger problem. Now, if somebody's stuff doesn't make the cut, they can whine and complain about it needing to be remoderated. A precedent has been set.
No, it's not so black and white. Let me ask this- should the moderators never listen to a complaint? Are complaints never founded? What type of place is this if we never take a ste

Badass B, that expiry date is just a year from when you purchased. Our db puts one on every registration since we use them for subscriptions. It doesn't mean that your product is going to expire. Desktop Earth is part of Object Desktop. I *think* that is was originally called Dynamic Earth when Deskscapes was in earlier beta, which may be where the confusion is. This is what it is (but is also available as a Deskscapes download through SDC for Object Desktop):
i guess if a person whines enough...........
That is not the point. It had nothing to do with "whining". What happened was that it was remoderated and was decided that it was good enough to be put back in the library. However, I will say that I think these type of things can be handled differently. It would be nice if people would email an admin versus starting the rants on the forums. It ends up being anything but constructive.
ok, im a little confused multiply six by nine? isn't that 54?? where does the 42 fall in ??
Umm..it would mean that the Universe is a bit off and what you think is real may not be. You obviously have not read the books or the whole humor in that would have been obvious. Now, where did I leave my bathrobe and towel?

You can use ieSpell on a blog, but not in the forums)
I was on the forums today and noticed that I have the less fancy, but works with ieSpell text editor on there, too. Yay! /me is just hoping that it's not a "bug" that it's there..... ;)

Wait...where are all the global warming fanatics? Here, I'll stand in for them... Didn't you read that global warming can cause global cooling? This is just a side effect! Yeah, that's it! It has nothing to do with the world just changing like it has for millions of years (or..tens of thousands if you are a creationist following the bible).

Magic was a free suite to customers who renewed a couple time. Pirate, however, was never free. Magic is applied trough ThemeManager. It will not work with MyColors as it is not a MyColors package. I would suggest uninstalling ThemeManager, rebooting, then reinstalling it through Stardock Central. You may also want to delete the suites, then redownload and install with the fresh ThemeManager. You can get your download links from the lookup at: <A href="
While I understand that, it is sort of funny, simply because WC has a skin section for Maxthon, and helped with the Maxthon skin contest.
Yeah, I agree. It does seem odd. But, we just looked at the stats on WC, and there was at the max 30 people using it in the past 12 months while visiting our sites....so...it just didn't make it into the test matrix ;)
Part of that is going to be an IP address where the mesage originated (they can get around that too, but if they do not think about it, that is their address).
Actually, that is not completely true. The IP address that shows up in email is usually the email address of the mail server, not the IP of the person sending the email. So, the email server could be in a different state or cuntry from the person sending the email.
Whoever he is...he emailed me a picture, and it doesn't look like Jennifer.
Sir Peter Maxwell used to email pictures of himself, too, but the pictures weren't actually of him. lol I believe we also had an "Ashley" who emailed pictures of her baby to people, but it wasn't her baby at all. Where the ISP is will not give you a good indication of where the person is physically at. Their IP will tell you, though ;)
Well, well, well. It would appear that this is, in fact, not an issue with Internet Explorer afterall. It is an issue with Maxthon
I was just about to suggest that you try it in IE. I doubt that we have ever tested with Maxthon since our user stats never even have enough users of it to register it as being used for viewing our sites. IE and Firefox should be fine. That dialog looks like it is trying to log you into the site itself as if you were try

Draginol, you forgot to mention providing fair wages to any contractors, even outside the US for all contract work done. Sodaiho, you talk about people being ego-centric, but it seems like you are just projecting. You are comparing Entrepreneurs to what YOU were like when you were in the business world. I have to ask you this- are you talking care of the "bums" better now then you were then, or are you simply trying to teach others to do so? I know many business peop
This is true. I prepare boiled eggs and keep them in a bowl in the frig for snacks...but we eat them without the yolks.
That's the best way to eat them (feed the yolk to your dog if you have one, lol).
