I just don't like the term "Yank". Not sure why (it's not like I came from the south) but it's just not an appealing term to me. The term "Yankee" actually originally was meant as a term of contempt. Hmmm... I stay home for a day and don't post, and I get back here and don't even see the last one that I posted (no way I'm going to show entire thread!)
