We moderate a lot of skins and walls in a day on a volunteer basis, so sometimes if there is no explanation it is because there is a lot of work to do and not enough time. However, you can always email the moderator and ask questions about why it was rejected. The schools don't teach about guns in the US. That is up to the parents who own guns themselves. There are government run gun safety classes that minors must take to get a hunting permit.
