I think discourse is great, the real issue is just that Stardock and Brad specifically in this case is overloaded. If they had more time, any platform would work. Look at the upside of the situation, they are overloaded due to all the great games in the pipeline.

Can we also get some visual UI update, that you can see on the list of powers who has which treaties. Coz it becomes a real chore to go through all the powers to check if open borders and non-aggression pacts are all still up. The same way we can see who is available to talk, add something to show who has which treaties still active. Or make it that the ai player will contact you on treaty lapse to renegotiate automatically.
+1 agree with all points above. The research/economic/culture treaties should give the benefit to both parties. It is described this way in-game, but the xml code only applies to the receiving party of the treaty. For general diplomacy, something similar to the diplomacy missions from SINS would be nice. Offer drengin x credits to take out specifc starbases/planets. Would add some nice specific tactical options. Maybe have a diplomat
Agree, Galciv is the only game I can just play non-stop. The rest have brain dead AI that gets dull quick
Looking good!
Finally "Soon" has arrived. If not, well theres always stellaris.......
Invasions are not balanced as they are being redone with the expansion, and fixing a broken system is pointless
I have 32 GB ram, so feel free to drop that memory hungry beast of a super melee anytime...
So let me become a founder, pretty please. [e digicons];)[/e]
I saw a repost of it over on steam, before it got nuked, hence my desire to get on the inside track...
I missed the GC3 founders period, much to my displeasure. Is there no way I can join the beta in Feb? I am willing to buy founders, if it is made available again
DLC expansion named crusade
1 Those who are not technical will either learn something or be too lazy to learn. Either way not a bad thing
I agree, things are going great with this game. Cant wait for Crusade and hopefully many more expansions after that Thanks Stardock!
Just got the founders, hope I havn't missed the key train
Test post to see if I have a badge... Edit: Yippee, I do
Lol, I have been pushing f5 all day But take all the time you need, rather want a geat expansion than unpolished one
Most probably not today anymore, but we can hope.....
I see steamdb has been busy with crusade changes: launch/2/config/betakey: devbuild2 launch/2/config/osarch: 64 launch/2/config/oslist: windows launch/2/config/ownsdlc: 527070 launch/2/description: &nb
Nice summary, I have had a similar experience with 2.0. Personally tech snowballing is the biggest issue as it spoils late game. I have tried the slow research option to try and minimize this snowballing, but this option doesn't really seem to have much effect on the research speed.
