I 've installed WINFX 2 and tried to enlarge the icons on the desktop by means of desktop icons(Properties of WIN FX) which worked good. But after shutdown and rebooting the icons appeared normal again. They can be enlarged again by activating the WindowsFX in the start menu, but this is not the sence of it. I want to have them alway larger than such in the entire system. Can anybody advise? Besides I had after starting the WINFX2 marking performance advise the following statement: Your

I 've downloaded WinStyles Safardana and XP Fashion and everything was O.K. The program builded up all details like woindows, skins icons but no object bar and start bar. The object bar and start bar remained the same as they were originally with Win ME. My OS is Win ME. Can anybody advise. Thanks IPlural. I'l try but anyhow if we are talking abou the icon packager which exchnages only a package but not single icons. As far as I know it's like that. How is about the fonts resp. text? Normally desktop icons can be replaced with the IconPackager incl. folders,drives and icons for some applications. On the other hand there are icons such like for Outlook Express, Win Media Player, My documents etc. which can't be replaced with this program. Is there any way to replace such fixed icons. Other point I would like to know whether the text and fonts under the desktop icons can be replaced resp. modified and how? The question is not to change the text by rename, but to make the

Does anybody knows if the control center can be disabled or even removed (deinstalled). If yes how?? In case disabled/removed has it any influence with regards to the (mal)functioning of the system or other components. My OS is Win ME. Thanks badblueboy

Can anybody tell me how to download the SYSMETRIX. What I mean is not the skin itself. It is where to download the skin to make the sysmetrix functioning and display on the desktop. I've read that is should be downlaoded to C:\Programs\SysMetrix\Themes. But I'cant find this directory. Can anybody give some simple instructions advise and instructions. Simple explanation would do me good. I don't need sofisticated compu gurus which speak in their own language only. It should be understandable
