O.K. it works this way. Thanks. Another thing. After I applyied one DX theme I got the following message: Stardock MCP not found or wrong version, systray support disabled! I have installed new DX2 enhanced version. On the other hand how do I import the icons taking as example the theme Indemnity Armor BlueDX2. There are side bars with icons or without. If there is empty bar I would like to import the corresponding icons! If there are icons how do I remove/import new icons? ba

O.K. for expl. I have now my winXP desktop with corresponding start menu, icons and system tray. What will happen if I apply the DesktopX skin Indemnity Armor blue DX2? Will my existing WinXP desktop completely be transformed into Indemnity skin including the belonging icons or will my XP icons remain unchanged? What is with XP start menu? Will it also disapear. In which way the PC will can I shut down the PC in this case? Running the both systems together is O.K. Which is the way if th

Thanks! You didn't mention how I can come back to WB after I don't want to use DesktopX anymore or change from one to another (from WB to DPX or vise versa) when ever I want! badblueboy

I run XP and have installed different WB skins. If I download skins (DesktopX themes)for DesktopX what will happen with WB skins? They will be just owerritten I assume! How can I go back to WB later? What is with DesktopX icons? Where these can be found? Can anybody give me some precise info/instructions! Thanks in advance badblueboy

After I see the message ther is option to close. If I do not close and wait there is another option shown telling: Close immediately and close. If I close immediately the window dissapers and the PC shut down normally. If I do nothing I have problems starting computer next time.In my opinion there is some problem with windows blinds classic. badblueboy

Can anybody tell me how to download and apply the backgrounds for ObjectDock. It's clear that after downloading to desktop the backdround must be exctracted to ObjectDock folder! How can I apply them later as new backgrounds.This is what I didn't figure out!!!I need good instructor. Thanks badblueboy

I'm not yelling but this was the best way to solve the problem. It's not my fault that I received the corrupted WB4 CD. I couldn't download through Component manager. It showed installed WB4 but I could't start it. Sorry but this is the true. Besides $19.95 were worth it to escape the anger. And one thing more. I never received answer from your support dept. since I told this Kim and she has forwarded my qustions to you. Also true!!!! Otherwise I would have not claimed!!!<b

THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED. WB4 ON MY CD WAS CORRUPTED SO IT COULD NOT BE INSTALLED. I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE WB4 ENHANCED VERSION ($19.95) AND INSTALLED. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY AND EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TO EVERYONE WHO TRIED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM WHICH WAS NOT DUE TO ANY OTHER REASON BUT DUE TO CORRUPTED WB4 ON MY CD. None overzealous program has deleted my log file. The simple explanation is after finally succussfull uninstall of the WB3.5, rebooting and installing WB4 no WB4 icon was created in the objectdesktop folder and no WB button appeared in the display/design panel. So means that WB4 on my CD is probaly corrupt and can't be installed. This could be the only explanation which I have reported to stardock for solution. I'm really grateful to everybody who is trying to contribute to the solution of this problem. In few words: I just want to uninstall one simple program and which is not possible regularly. I don't want to intefere into my PC into regeistry or what ever to face bigger problems later. One final question: Is anybody capable to tell my in few simple words how to click away WB 3.5 and install WB4?????? If not I think that the best way is to delete the whole ObjectDesktop to avo
