I understand. I will do what I can, thanks, and thanks again for helping me. I believe WOM had trouble understanding when I got my job. And a few others. :)

It just bothers me that people here think I had a job when I asked for help back in January. I did not. The job is a recent development. Thank you Doortech.
I wanted to clear a few things up. Mainly about my job. When I asked for help, I had NO job. I started that thread asking for help on January 14th. I recently became employed at Jack In The Box, I've been there since the beginning of March. I hope that clears that matter up. When I asked for help, I was truly unemployed, and previous to Jack In The Box I haven't worked since 2010. Post number 586 in my previous thread shows when I got the job.
Damn, is this thread still going. How many jobs ya had since the Jack in the Box job, Kona? Just wondering.
What do you mean since Jack In The Box? I'm still working at Jack In The Box. Jafo, with all due respect I understand what you are saying, I agree, yet it would take some time to do what you are asking. Besides no one has asked this of me, and I was merely asking for opinions, I
Sweet deal. Have fun with that laptop. As I said before, I'm not going to get rid of this system. Just going to do some upgrades. :)
No worries, I think I will hold off on the notebook. Save some money, buy a few new parts for this system. More memory for example. As always, thanks for the feedback.
Well guys I am thinking about getting a laptop. Your thoughts?
So a friend of mine asked me this question: "I took some video with my camcorder and was able to down load it to a dvd+R also was able to load it to a 4gig stick when I tried to play the dvd on my dvd player that is hooked up to my TV it will not play however, it will play in my computer so I suspect it needs to be finalized." So how would I m
Well the sound is working for now. I still have that other sound card but it's useless under Windows 7, no drivers. The onboard sound port is still very loose.
If I remember correctly I did.
Computer is running great. And that's the issue. I love solving the issues when it acts up. Maybe I will re-install Windows 7.
Will I pay to get it? No, but I didn't pay for Win7; I bought a new PC.
Actually you did pay for Windows. It was added on to your purchase price of that new computer. You just didn't realize it.
also, i highly doubt kona has ever used 8 so why was the thread posted to begin with. wait! i know. it's just kona being kona again.
I have Windows 8 installed. Or did you forget that point? Yes I have used it more than once.
Well said Jafo. Good point.
Gotta be something wrong with the world when you can make money off a backwards operating system.
Edited. Thanks.
Bottom line folks is that none of this is important enough to raise anyone's blood pressure. Plain and simple all these discussions are only about personal preferences when it comes to our computers. So before Windows 7 came out?
Funny thing is that soundcard is new. Just bought it new off of eBay. I think I have already tried those drivers, no go.
