Just went and checked out the bands, and listened to their stuff... Opeth looks awesome, I'm going to experiment and get Blackwater Park I think, Porcupine Tree sounds good, great insturments, great vocals, but I'm not sure on them yet, and for Dredg, I think I'm gonna get some of their cd's as well, not sure yet... if it's a windowblinds theme you need windowblinds, and so on... you will notice on the top of just about every gallery page it lists the piece of software to use for that theme. Also some of the software listed is free, and others you can get shareware from different sites. But I recommend getting object desktop for anyone, that's certainly the way to go... That includes most of what you need for desktop customization...

I think the proper route would be not to distribute the boot screens, or MS styles. but in the case of the MS Styles, I think a good idea would be to create a utitly that could convert them to WBA format (if it would be remotely possible).
