actually I saw on some site, some time ago... where you can edit an ini file in the window fx directory you could edit and get trasperency in win 9x, I don't know if it really works... I didn't try it... but It seems pretty cool...

what you can do is go to the start menu, under program --> object desktop ---> webblinds --> there is an icon marked enable/disable webblinds use that to disable it, or what I remember doing was deleting the skin out of the directory... in my computer, then c:\ --> program files ---> object desktop ---> webblinds it will be in its own folder if you delete that folder, the skin will reset to the default skin... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddl

maybe it is the theme you are using... I have specific themes lock up on me before...I can't remember the names... Long time ago... but try getting in and changing the theme before it locks up see if that changes your problem...

uninstall windowblinds from your system, go to the program files\ object desktop\ windowblinds directory, and delete all of the files left in there... but not the flders, the individual folders hold your themes... just the files, no do this after you uninstall from the comonent manager, or control panel...then reinstall and hopefully that will settle your problem... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.

im not sure why it is... but I get the same problem sometimes... what I do is use the keyboard to get into the control panel, and I've noticed that if I try to switch to another them it stays invisible, so I have to change to a standard windows theme from the windows cursos tab, then switch back to a cursor xp theme... but I have never figured out why.... <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/ind
