PQ is called class in the manual. If the classes were changed they wouldn't have used it in the manual, they even mantioned Earth's colonies on Mars in the backstory.

In the manual (Page 38) PQ 16 is described as Earth-like and PQ 13 is described as Mars. So why is Mars' PQ always 8 and Earth varies (16 - 20)???

I once saw a PQ 26 on a star 2 squares away from Sol! I had the PQ bonus on do it went to 28 on colonising !!!
