ummmmm.... Being released today generally means that it will be released before the end of the day today. Since it isn't even 3:00 East-Coast time, you have a couple of hours still before they are late. And, being a software developer myself, I can tell you that often end of the day means midnight, not 5:00pm.

I have looked, but I haven't found a solution to my problem yet. On my first game, I wanted to see what would happen if everybody in the universe was "Pure Good". That was fun, but now I would like to play the default characters. Is there a way to reset the game back to the defaults? Ryan
Am I the only person who has a hard time discerning between the dark blue used for the player's empire (mini-map showing influence) and the black of deep space where there is no influence? This may not usually be a problem, but I played a game the other day, where I was going for a culture victory, and I kept having to squint at the screen to determine in a sector was mine or nobody's. Any chance a future upgrade can make the color configurable? Ryan

I tried to submit a game a couple of days ago and it never showed up. I have a simple router setup, but I am behind a NAT and connected through a DSL line. I noticed that nobody else mentioned being behind a NAT. It comes down to how the data is submitted to the metaverse. I am currently assuming that it is using HTTP, which would be able to get past most firewalls and NAT setups. But, perhaps somebody from StarDock could confirm that it isn't likely to be a network issue.
I just installed galciv, and I downloaded SDC and installed it. I needed to create a user account, so SDC prompted me to do that, great that's just what I expected. But whenever I clicked submit, SDC just told me that it failed to create the account. It didn't tell me why. In order to find out what was wrong, I had to go to the galciv website and try to create an account. Then I learned that the username I was trying to use was already taken, so I changed it. Other than that, very
