I had a negative comment on one of my skins and the rating on it jumped down to a 4. I figured the commenter was the one that gave it a low rating, but I just took it with a grain of salt. If he didn't like the skin, that's fine with me. I just classified it as a childish power trip. However, if the low ratings by a person or persons is causing some people to leave, that is not good since it will only decrease the quality of work that is seen here. I would have to agree with adni18 on this.

I used the Gimp for a while when I was running Linux on a second drive. This was back around RedHat 6. I started to get the hang of it but it was slow going. I've used PSP for so long, learning a new program was difficult and I kept wanting to go back to PSP After a lot of my friends in the Graphics business kept at me about how much better Photoshop was than PSP, I finally broke down and got a co

Remember the commercial where the guy is sitting in the park with the pigeons at his feet and you think he's yelling at the pigeons but it turns out his glasses are some kind of high tech computer interface? I see something like that, maybe not glasses but a projected 3d image that you interact with.

I think that's it WOM. I didn't check it. I thought it was only for when you made a major update like updating an old skin (WB3) to the newer format WB4. I guess I should have checked it. It looks like most everyone does. Oh well, no big deal. I can check it next time I have an update. btw - thanks to you both <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddl

I may have done something wrong but, I updated my Entropy skin and it's back in my skins list, but the date doesn't show it's been updated nor does it show in the updated skins list. The skin and the image preview is right but the date is the same as when I uploaded it. Any ideas?

Thanks, Mike I'll check those areas. I've done a workaround for now along the lines of what you suggested. I defined an additional font and color that matched the first set to point the items to that were using that combination (the one's I set that were appropriate for their respective sections), then went back and changed the original (font0 and color0) to something that worked better for those area

I tried Winamp3 and it was pretty good, but I never could get the visualizations to run smoothly. They were slow and kinda "jerky". Went back to 2. It could be that my system is not fast enough though.

Mike, yes it appears to be using Font0 and Color0(white). I just can't figure out where the location of "it" is. "It" seems it should be in "GroupBox Frame", the two square boxes at the bottom in the Controls section, but there are no text attributes you can add. I have set other items to use Font0 and Color0 so I don't want to change the properties of Font0 and Color0. Thanks

Normally you would want to put Linux on a different partion than windows. This can be a partition on the same or different drive. In some earlier versions of Linux you could actually put it on the same partion as windows but I never tried it and it may not be a good idea. If you don't have any free space (non-partitioned to put Linux on you can use a patition resizer like Partiton Magic to make the space

I have looked and looked and cannot find the solution to this. If someone knows the answer, I would really appreciate it. So far I've seen 2 places where the fonts are very small and white in color. One is in PSP when you hit Shift-I to get image information. It is in the Group Boxes where it says 'Source File, Image, Status, Memory Used'. The other place is in Icon Packager when you click on 'Ic
