I'm looking forward to seeing X-Men2, though I'll probably wait till it comes out on video or Pay-per-View. I only recently saw the first X-Men and thought it was good. I'm a Patrick Stewart fan so most of what he's been in I seem to like.

Create new shortcut. For link put explorer.exe In arguments put c:\Documents and Settings\"your login name"\My Documents If your drive letter is different than C change it accordingly

It's really no different than software in that sense. My copy of XP Pro is mine - the disk anyway. The OS still belongs to Microsoft. have only a license to use it, or play/listen in the case of a music CD

As a new skinner, I too would like to have more a sense of community. I mean this in the sense of a place to get help, advice, tips, etc. from skinners actively involved in helping each other. I have gotten good advice from the message board and good advice from some as a result of comments to my skins, but it seems like, when you're new at this, you're pretty left to develop yourself until you reach the point of being 'recognized'. I couldn't agree more, Frogboy. After all, who creates more jobs - the government or the business owners? I thought the original tax cut idea was close to fair. Every tax bracket was to be reduced by 3%. Granted the higher brackets were getting less of a reduction as a percentage of the whole than the lower brackets but as I say close to even across the board.

I've seen where several people have commented about 'seeing' the rating a skin has. I don't recall seeing any ratings except on my own skins. Where/How do you see the ratings on other peoples skins?
Boy, this thread has been busy I believe, from what I've read on this thread, that the admins have a pretty good handle on when the rating system is abused. Am I going to get high ratings on everything I do? I wouldn't imagine so. I expect to get some high, some low (of course the high ones are nice!).
