If you paid your taxes this year you automatically get it. No forms to fill out.
Yeah, the hook is to get people to think they will get it quicker by posting their bank account info on the form located at the link. Wonder how long it would take the phisher to empty those accounts?
I will test the updates in the morning at the office to verify again. What version are you currently on and are you having the same trouble still?
No trouble here but I haven't tried to update ... still at 6.09g[b].137 ... after seeing the issues some are having with Explorer Backgrounds going missing after installing 6.10.079 from SDC See the thread I referenced for more detail.

Installed it today. Be sure to watch; it will want to install a toolbar in your browser. If you don't mind that sort of thing, no worries. So far so good, although it seems to be a tad slower in bringing up the main interface. And it appears they've integrated Anti-Spyware with this version. That should be a plus. There is also a link checker that rates the links in Google (only search engine I use) as being safe or not. No problems here on the email scanning
The 6.10.079 is not a good release at the moment. I hope you archived the program before updating. If so restore the 6.09h[rc].138 it is a good version. Also I have in Impulse the newest release at version 6.09i[rc].139 this is a good release. I have updated both my Vista and XP computers to it with no problems. Be sure to have pre-release showing checked. To do that click the Stardock button at the top left for a drop down menu for such.
Some additional info: <br

kitty, for Rainlendar2 you can right click the calendar, choose Help, and there's a pretty good guide on making and using skins. Rainlendar2 is a bit more challenging than the first version, but you can do more with it.
The start menu shadow setting is in SKS6. It's on the Extra Settings tab for the start panel user pane. I never set fonts for classic widgets, as they tend to cause more problems than they're worth. I don't believe they are in SKS6, but if they are, I may not have noticed. SkinStudio 6 is still evolving, so once in a while you may think of something that you can't find in there yet. In those cases I make adjustments manually via the Code tab for a given section, or I close SKS6 for a

jazzilady, if you see any work posted where the uploader is using the work of someone else and doesn't have permission included with the download, PM a mod to look into it. As others have said, permission from the original artist giving the uploader specific rights to redistribute must be included with the work.
It took me a couple of months to get used to SKS6 and finally stop using SKS5 completely.
Mike, how are you getting around the things SKS6 won't do yet ... Start Menu Shadow and Fonts for Classic Widgets to name a couple? I actually like working with SKS6. Well, there's that pesky UIS1 thing that SKS6 does but thankfully it doesn't happen often. If it weren't for needing SKS5 to do a couple of things SKS6 can't do, I wouldn't even use SKS5
