e difficult to code up some such system. It would be better then a pure average morale since last election. Less data to track, I bet. But, would it make the game more enjoyable?
Lord_StarPilot
re fun for you to play?
If you pre-order it, you will have access to the Beta, which starts in just a few weeks.
g that makes it "dumber". If SD can implement an AI that isn't all knowing but is just as smart, then I'm all for it!
ech tree/currently available options. So the guys playing standard still suffer from an AI that isn't as fine-tuned for the standard tree.
Looking great! Hey, up and down 100 buttons? Fantastic! A great little addition to make players lives easier, and get on with enjoying the game! Thanks for all the hard work!
tarbases can no longer be all things to all sectors).
stop at this point? That's some tech, isn't it? Would be aggravating researching to that point on a gigantic map just so you can build something more then colonizers and scout ships though, wouldn't it?
planet down until it was weak enough to invade and win. You know, same as you. I sometimes employed the slash and burn in MoO2. But I preferred a diverse empire, so I tended to invade with overwhelming force, and assimilate the aliens.
ity and cannot defend the other ships as well.
or anything, but constructors are a huge pain in mid and late game. This would fix that, and allow for simple space map tile enhancing.
orts with 1 mill of people, and use the big world wrecking invasion tactics. That's bombing, GC1. The slash and burn method is already a tactic employed in GC1 by the AI. So what's your real point of concern?
ertained? Low pop is much easier to deal with for a technological society. It's easy to build an answer. But High Pops are not. The answer to that depends on your society, not on your tech.
use you just don't have those style bonuses), then what purpose would they serve? Look at what is coming out of the tile system, and the upgrades granted by tech. Fixed numbers, not tied to PQ or pop or anything else.

ts for doing so may be too prohibitive to be worthwhile (economical), leaving it only a theoretical in GC2 game reality.
that those minor worlds are more valuable. Just a crazy thought.
the diplomacy model of the game. And it removes the ole "circle of freighters to guard resource/minor/whatever from my non-enemies" tactic.
Star Dock has said planets won't move in GC2. Too busy on the screens, and too much work on the computer. Asteroids and other things are likely to have an effect. What, we don't know yet.
The beta will definately be DL.
Is that what IBH stands for? Well, learn something new everyday.
cy, for instance.
Solitair... alright then. I guess I will just have to accept that we disagree. No harm, no foul. So long as the game is fun, that is what matters.
or both conditions could be true.
