Just DLed AP last night, they do indeed have portraits. The ability to set all of the programmed opponents intelligence level with one click is very nice, as well, the new ships rock, got to try out the Paladin last night on the Yor, suffice to say, it worked quite well! Just remember, it's still a beta, so you may encounter a bug, or two, but it is well worth the purchase.:)

Again, thanks to all. After finishing and submitting my second game, I decided that the GG seem to be the Empire for me, and sent Theoden an email asking for admission, then I realized there were no requirements for joining, other than clicking the handy "JOIN NOW" button....so I did. Hope that wasn't bad form, and that my play level won't get me kicked right back out. :)
Appreciate all the advice, as well as the offers. Though I'm a pretty competitive person, my business is gaming, and having fun has become a much greater factor in gameplay to me as I've grown older, and increasingly more "jaded" by the endless cloned offerings typically offered. I'm sure I'll reach a point where I'm playing to rack up scores, but right now that seems likely to be awhile away. Having way too much fun now figuring things out!
Wow, thanks for the welcome, heh, been so busy playing I hadn't made it back yet. Made the mistake of checking out the Library, way too much cool stuff, so I just grabbed it all. Then, compounded my mistake by DLing GC to my work computer(The SD system is awesome!), stick a fork in me, I'm done.
