That is correct.

Okay then, moving on.
To get a good laugh while we wait for this to be resolved, try asking Epic support about it. "Have you tried upgrading in-game? Are you sure you logged in with the correct account?" Good times.
Guess they took the weekend off.
The Epic upgrade discount isn't working either, so I'm actively watching this thread. Let me love you!
Theres this bug where if you have no colonies but at least 1 colony ship, you are still in the game. I really think this is a bug. There is no way you're turn things around with a single colony ship.
Well, not with THAT attitude you won't!
At 2560x1440, text doesn't fit in the game settings: Also once I downgraded to 2560x1440 from 4k (for performance reasons), now when I go to settings, it shows UI Size as Small (HD), as expected: ...but when I hit Back, I get this:
That's pretty funny.
Seconded! I thought I was going nuts. Not that both things aren't possible.
As a GC3 founder, this is already way more exciting than the early days of GC3. I just looked at my "joined on" date. Man, I've been here a long time. ;)
Did someone find out if we have to buy the game again on release? And if so, do we get a discount, etc, etc?
It says this ship is idle, but I cannot give it orders. The best I can do is double-click on it and decommission, but I can't move it anywhere or tell it to do anything, so blowing it up is the only way to proceed.
Bug: The top bar shows "0" food, but the hover info shows 1. Suggestion: Replace "best" and "worst" with "highest" and "lowest". Artemis isn't the worst at consuming food, they just consume the least (unless I misunderstand how food works, which is certainly possible.) Praise: Even in its early state, this is already looking great. Love it! <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/6/37/637778/d92e9ba9-4c2e-4c71-8e81-eb7ae1cf5294.png"
Never mind, once I set Nvidia control panel to "prefer dedicated card", the issue went away. I'd delete my original post but I can't figure out how because I am dumb.
That was a pretty bad description. Let me try again: I got a gaming laptop. Works great on it. However, when I plug it into an external monitor via HDMI cable, and run AotS full-screen at the monitor's resolution (1920x1080), everything... shimmers? From the opening intro to the main menu to in-game, it flickers, or shimmers, or... something weird. Doesn't happen at lower resolutions, or at 1920x1080 windowed. <p
I agree with what the boss said. I will say, though, that some more elegant way of splitting/defining armies when they're all stacked together would be welcome. I didn't, and will never, ragequit over it, but some sort of army management popup, I am all in favor of.
I vote magic and items, mainly. Maps, I don't care, cuz random 4 lyfe. Quests, I love the writing, so more of that, sure, but the quests themselves are pretty cookie cutter. I don't know how more of them could add to the experience too much, other than the funny writing.
Yeah, I enjoyed that a lot. Keep it up!
I'm not worried. Brad will fix it.
I tried Soul Burn twice... both times it did kill my guy, as expected, but no damage was done to anyone else. Needless to say, I stopped trying it after that. Do I misunderstand what it's supposed to do?
This is a rookie question, I know, but is there a need to build more than one library, if the reward it gives is "opens up new (scrolls/potions/whatever)"? Does building three libraries open up three times the number of things?
Best game from Stardock in many years, well done all. This will be a fixture in my "games" folder for years to come.
I found I had to right-click on the gate with an army that included a champion, in order to activate the unlock screen. If you did this and it still didn't work, sorry. :(
You seem upset.
