NO I mean you can edit even more tha the candidate files. Ther'es a file with all the preloaded candidates on it and you can edit it just like all the ohters. It's just a big clump of them together.

Guess what guys, the AI NEVER gets special events from me. I have grabbed every single one. M aybe it's cause I have a super fast computer, but I just scan the map fast and click when I see it. The AI has never hit the question mark before me in 14 straight games.

As people break the game apart this will be more apparent, and I think what you're asking will be (is?) possible. Stardock is probably swamped right now, so us players need to figure some of this out. HINT: Many of the files are editable in notepad. Just load em up and start tinkering (may make on-line play not work with edited files though)

Personally I like this one much better. Stardock has always done the best job ever with continuing support for its games and adding things epople request. Sheesh, just look at Galactic Civilizations and many of the other games that Stardock has done. You WILL NOT find a better company to support its games than Stardock. Keep in mind UBISOFT is just a distributor. I purchased drengin.net which gives me all of Stardock's game,s beta's, alphas, etc.

Yea Baby! After my 30th try, I kicked Wesley Clark's butt! Errr and I gave my character a few "extra" points Actually I gave myself 9 points above and beyond what the normal custom character gets.
