You might want to try Fallout Tactics, another squad based game. Most people forget about it,but it was actually really decent, and now it's only 19.99.

I've been downloading my patches from Stardock. Is this the same location I can get the EU beta patch from? Or will I need to actually subscribe to something for the download? Also could someone post a link for all the new add on in the EU patch?

Where did it go? I went to Stardock and the only one I have listed is 1.02 and it's installed. I know it was there earlier today?

Crash to desktop in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I upgraded to 1.03 and now during every battle when I click on an enemy ship to attack it crashes back to windows. Am I going to have to go back to 1.02? And lose all theses cool updates? Does anyone know a fix

Double click on the transport just like a colony ship, it brings up a slider for loading the troops. Then hit launch

Alliances in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Ok I've attributed me getting my but kicked to a lack of being able to form alliances. I thought it had something to do with the Alliance Tech, but the other races seem to form alliances way before they get it. I'll even make a gift out of it to the other civ's and still no option to form an alliance. What am I doing wrong here? Am I just the black sheep of the galaxy (baaaaa). As Mr. Miagi would say "one to one problem okay, six to one problem to much ask anyone."

Yeah I guess that makes since dropping 1 billion people on a new planet with no resources. And it would also explain why the problem seems to happen later in the game since those planets I'm pulling from have had the opportunity to build up huge populations.

It ranges on where I pull the colonists from as too the amount (usually I just take the default given when I hit launch). And they are always class 15 and up.

Moral on planets in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

It seems I hit a block at about 12 colonies. Every colony there after starts out with a moral of about 12, two turns later it goes over to the I-league. What am I doing wrong? The other races have 20 to 30 colonies and there killing me on influence.
