I don't see anything obvious in that. two more questions: Was this a one-off? Are your drivers up to date? Did the crash reporter window appear at all before your machine restarted?

What is your system spec? Can you share your debug.err. It can be found here: [user directory]\Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\debug.err

Zookie -- We posted a possible fix for this. Could you try switching to the insider build (see instructions below), open your prefs.ini, and set "DisplayResolutionCheckEnabled" to 0. Are you using the in-game designer or the one on the main menu? When you say you can't find them, are you taking about them from the ship designer screen itself or from the starbase menu?

It looked cool. Unfortunately, because you could see some of the planets/asteroids but couldn't select them, it felt like a bug.

We posted a new build with a fix. Be sure to restart steam and start a new game for the fix.

Gypsy, Kernwaffen posted pretty close to when 1.66 went out. Kernwaffen, Thank you for the additional info. I'm testing in 1.66 and not seeing the crash even after passing a couple of turns. Can you verify that your client has patched you to v1.66 and then let me know if it still crashes for you?
