I too was exstatic having have waited for over a year for moo3 only to have my hopes and dreams crushed! Moo3 problems start in the interface and just compound as you go from level to level. Every damn thing is in menus which range from complicated to impossible. I mean just to do nothing in one turn I had to click like 15 things!!! I too dont like the fact you can spam one sector with multiple star bases. The reason you are able to upgrade one starbase so much should be that you can only have one in a system. Sure maybe they should allow multiple starbases however make it so the other ones can only upgrade their defenses, and upgrading anything else is possible but yields no benefits if you have duplicate moduals, becuase some people might want to get another good production boost space station before they move their old o

Actually thats how all Moo patches were, even in the olden days of 1&2. The problem is that that kind of patching resualts in a very large download especially if you have to download the exe or a large data file.
