Metaverse Problem in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I am unable to access the Metaverse because it won't accept my nickname which is my e-mail address. Everything but the "@" is accepted. How do I post a score if I can't access the metaverse using my account? Thanks in advance Gary Wernick

Thanks Ray and Bagginz, that worked. I thought uninstalling the program actually removed all files, but apparently not. I wish Stardock support would have suggested that, would have saved me days of time trying to figure this out. Gary :CONGRAT:

Unfortunately it happens every time I try to launch Central. I'm starting to think that the problem is with Stardock's server, it seems to have forgotten me, at least I think that's what is going on based on the program trying to open, and then it just closes. I was hoping they would have figured this out by now, I guess I'll just have to try and be patient. The update sounds very interesting, was looking forward to trying it out. Apparently Stardock support must be very busy, since I still can't Stardock Central to open. I've been in contact with them since Wednesday, and so far no help. Does anyone else have the problem of trying to launch Central, it opens briefly, then closes? If so did you solve it? Pls. advise asap. I really wanted to download the update this weekend, but it looks like this may not be possible. I can't believe I'm the only person who is having this problem. Thanks in Advance, Gary >:(

Will someone post the link to Stardock Central support please? I can't launch Central, after it updated itself last week it won't open anymore. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled the latest version, still no success. I'd like to send a message to support so I can get back into Central. Thanks in advance. Gary

Does anyone else have a problem accessing Stardock Central? When I launch it, it tries to open, then closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it makes no difference, I was able to use it routinely until last week, any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

It seems to me that if you just leave all the settings alone and just play the game on it's easiest setting,with your opponents on their simplest settings the game is very playable, and beatable.It sounds like Soldier needs to relax and remember these games are supposed to be fun, and this one is definitely fun. I'm no expert, but I've had some success just playing below the "normal" settings, that is when the AI starts to get aggressive in my experience. Good Luck Soldier, it's really not that

Screen Border Changes in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Has anyone else experienced a change in the color of the border of the screen from a greenish brown to a bright silver or aluminum? It happens after 45 min. or so of gametime, is this supposed to happen? Please advise. Thanks in advance. :notsure:

I am having similar problems registering my completed game scores to the Metaverse. I have registered and at the completion of the game while I'm online I get the screen to register my score, which I have done for 2 games now. Neither have shown up on the Metaverse, or at least I can't locate them. Help!!! >:(
