Problems Uploading in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I've having issues getting this wallpaper I made uploaded. I do all the things necessary to upload it and I submit it and it says everything went fine and please wait 4 days to see it, but when I go to my skins it doesn't say the wallpaper is upload. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I upload a jpg for the preview, and and then put it in a zip and i upload that. What more do I need to do?

Ok, but whats the little sliding bar for? Is it the percentage of memory used to buffer the windows or what?

What exactly is hyperpaint and why does it have a little bar that goes back and forth? What does that thing do? I know it's some type of hardware acceleration but can anyone be a little more in depth on what it actually does? Thanks
