I'm sure that arangments with GROSS could be made if we were to sign an alliance. Them being on friendly line with your government, perhaps it would be beneficial to the possibility of a peace treaty. Also them being a theme Empire, it would also bode well for a theoretical Confederation of Theme empires down the road.

During war there would be severe complications, since if all or many of your colony systems have an enemy planet in them, you could lose by default if you are forced out of your system by other race's planets. Anyway, it only makes sense that other races wouldn't intrude on other civilization's solar systems.
Really? Well the system is in it infantcy so if changes surface, I will adjust the requirments accordingly. As for the Logo and name, well thats part of our storyline... ;)
