Good news! the Republic's forum has the ability to add titles! This way we could implement this program beyond just knowing the levels, on our forum http://www.chatarea.com/TheRepublicGalacticCivilizationsSuperpower I could display the status of all our citizens levels, much like the galciv access rating.

Good ideas LifeWish! See thats why I nominated you, you can expand our empire. Ok now we need a way of implementing this, hmm. Let me take a look at our Empire scores and figure up a system...
This is too many...... http://ethermage.net:800/~codemage/Trade%20Master.jpg
How exactly are these decided? Is it based on Drengin.net subscribption? Or is it just random?!? And what does having a higher level change?
Really, it can't be all bad in the Universe!
Its a vital tool for keeping micromanagement down, so no I don't think it should be abolished, but mabey a slider to change its effectivness.
Hmm, mabey we could nominate LifeWish to be a master jedi. Hmm...
Dictator? Who said anything about there being a dictator? ;)
by Citizen fogman444 - 6/2/2003 12:29:33 PM I have founded a new Empire, the Republic. I would like to say that in no way is my Empire a hardcore gaming group, but rather a place to have fun, without having to worry about the competition. If you would like to join or are just curious you may find the Empire here: Link or Email for more info . #1 by Citizen LifeWish - 6/2/2003 1:24:25 PM Okay, I'm in. I've been contemp
Oh, I will still maintain my powers, and we will work with the senate, for I feal that the senate is very important to the success of the Republic. I simply feel that LifeWish's extrordinary commitment deserves recognising.
Sure, and as soon as you get the game you can officialy join our ranks and have your scores posted. :CONGRAT: [Message Edited]
As the first post for our new com thread, I would like to announce that I am nominating LifeWish to be my Vice-President. I feel he is the most qualified to lead us in the event of a catastrophic event. What do you say LifeWish?
Luke Skywalker by all means feel invited, heres a http://www.galciv.com/metaverse/empires.asp?id=336 to it. :CONGRAT:
Ok, we've been using our recruitment thread long enough! lol, for general discussion please use this thread or the Republic Forum http://www.chatarea.com/TheRepublicGalacticCivilizationsSuperpower/
dont have a registry number? How did you get the game, a friend or a warez?
You might be getting destabilized by another race. If you have a certain espianoge level you can view the other races spending on Destabilization. If any one race has a large amount thats probably what is causing your low morale. That is the point of destabilization and unfortunatly the only way to get rid of the money flow is to have the offending race annihilated. Now you can do this a number of ways to fit your playing style. If you aren't strongest in the the military department, try to
A couple things I would like to see would be: 1. A new ship that would complement the Star Creation tech. A "creator" ship that would be extreeeeeemly expensive, and thus take a long time to build, but could create a star system much like the constructor "plants" a starbase. The quality of the star/planets would be random and occasionally you will get a white star or other worthless creation. This idea could be expanded so that it would require more prerequisite techs, like new powe
I would like to send a special invitation to all those freelancers out there who are unsure if they should join an Empire, because they feel it would pressure them. Truth be told its much more fun to be a part of an empire, as you add to the success of the group, and this alone can be very rewarding, as every submission you make benefits not only your personal standing in the metaverse but also affects your fellow Empire members. This is why I welcome all free agents to join the Republic and wo
In this multi-national universe it is important for all civilizations to learn of the cultures of their neighbors and as such I feel that it is time for the Republic to share some of its background and customs with the Universe. The Republic was founded in the Trans-Universal Space Date (TUSD) year of 50461. The founding peoples of the Republic originated from the Sirrus system, a system now littered with the destroyed skeletons of ancient battleships, reminders of the civil war in whi
Sephlock, Arcilte, Monkson, Kriptick, Popester, OronHaus, Esranth, The Tauren 13, ferrolad, and farstryder are the members eligeble for the senate. I am extending the dates by two days from the stated dates since the forum has been inactive.
I'm really more of a final fantasy fan, hence the dragoon. I don't want to submit games, or record my score, or whatever it is you losers without lives do,
On an unrelated topic, how exactly is FF ANY more of a life than this... hmm. :notsure:
Hello all , sorry I have been absent recovering from the sneek attack by the ANZACS, still debating declaring war on them... Well good news on the war front!
