Impressive Maxti! You are a founding member of the influence club and this extends the work. Are you saying a Terror star next to eadh planet generates enough influence to flip them all on a gigantic map? And you'd need to basically do it all at once otherwise the cost of the Stars would send you down the drain, or have I missed something?

Hermann - never waste money. I will set even my lesser planets to building some wonder or other when their main build queue is complete, and it is surprising how often your 4th or 5th best planet can deliver Grav Acc or something else during the game. I hadn't thought of deliberately building the econ capital elsewhere, as I'm often racing the AIs to a key wonder, so I still like to pile up all the juicy +prod stuff on my best PQ planet. Seriously? I'd say before the rise of the apes it might have rated an 20 - rich biosphere, lots of natural resources, self sustaining food chains, etc. You would have to be disappointed with the last 5000 years or so...significant proportion of natural resources chewed up, numerous species extinct, toxic waste rendering some areas uninhabitable - I think it might have dropped to 16-17 PQ. What we need is some of those good old Civ3 clean techs! I think it would take a profound change in

It's a sweet series of ideas, Maxti, but you're moving into a realm of micromanagement that Stardock had thus far studiously avoided. I understand that there will be a 'logistical' component introduced with Alt Prophecy but this is likely to be simplistic - ie "you cant build any more of 'those' right now - but that's all. I would also wonder how this might be interpreted on maps of differing sizes - if a ship's range is 15 squares before refueling, that's a big strategic difference on tiny as o
