Hi, NN have been used in games, I believe the first commercially released game to use one was named Fields of Battle. Personally I wouldn't recommend them for the reasons mentioned above, plus my experience from FoB. Nice idea, but didn't work.

Hi, I got the event for pirates, smugglers or whatever on a planet. Co-operation gives a hefty ~50% bonus to starship quality. Doesn't seem to work. I've got two games with two planets each with this event. Nothing happening. HP are not affected, but neither are attack and defense. After building a shipyard the planet details show +70% (+55% event + 15% shipyard), but I've calculated and tested that the bonus is exactly 15%. So the shipyard is working but the event is not. Anyo
