i'm sure they'd be some top-notch courses, but am not qualified to speak - i could have a sniff around. check out the internet. Melbourne's got some good uni's - Melbourne University, La Trobe University, Monash University, RMIT (not sure if they do what you want)...i'm sure some sydney-siders will fill you in on NSW.....lemme know :)
