Hi Motti Thanks for the advice, Will try and clarify 1) When I played my first 3 campaign missions they were set to beginer my fourth mission is now set to cakewalk. I could change the difficulty back up to beginer but no idea why it was changed? Is this some sort of bug. Will I even have fun playing at such a low level or is the fourth mission thatmuch harder that stardock bumps down difficulty? Actually come to think of it my third mission I s

trying to get back into galciv in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Been playign galciv since the very begining. Bought galciv 2 a few years ago but stopped playing as the contantly upgrading ships was too much micromanaging for me. anyways getting back into it now but have a few questions. 1)Playing campaign and the difficulty has always been beginner but now on fourth mission and it changes to cakewalk. Is this because I am directly fighting with dreadlords? 2)When I click on starbase info it says something

Reply to Minor Stole All the Drengin Techs Message in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I had this in my current game. the alexians stole the techs from the dregin. Unfortunately even when I offered a decent solar system they wouldn't accept. I suppose I could have offered a few solar systems but they only had 8 techs. Anyways to your question. Do you have all the techs that the dregins do?
