you mean, including the shells, not just the windows.
can't go wrong with kingston. but now isn't the time to be buying memory... market's high.
i believe the problem jmcjmk, is that in the boot up phase windows is not yet in charge of graphics. the operating system is not loaded, the video drivers are not loaded, the hardware acceleration that is needed is not loaded. the 16bit graphics which microsoft uses for its boot screens are no different then the graphics your bios displays when you first turn on your computer, or the 'HP', 'Dell', or 'gateway' splash screens when yuo boot up that hide the memory checks and hardware detections of
yay brad! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By Ben Berkowitz LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The typical video game calls for shooting aliens, racing cars and beating enemies into submission, but publisher Ubi Soft Entertainment has decided gamers may also enjoy stumping for votes at a nursing home somewhere in Ohio. The company said on Wednesday it has signed a deal to publish "The Political Machine," a new ga
i believe the free version of windowblinds gives you the same functionality as style xp, and it is compatable with desktopx. someone please correct me if i'm wrong
I prefer the head in sand option it is scary, with a big red number on every screen showing you that your net worth is negative thousands of dollars i get a really clean feeling though when i log in and the computer says 'you have a bill due', and
hehe. like, half of a border skinner, resize icon skinned but not the closed button?
too many pictures of legolas on your site, and none of you!
not that boobies in a hotel room is a bad thing..
its not just a problem setting the default application. by the way, ive set the new browser to be default in its own options, and in the program access rights options as well
oo. thanks ill check it out. its strange, i don't understand why quicken gave me such a hard time.. at first glance everything looks so easy and automated, but.. it might be in that automation.. it just locks you in and you can't make minor adjustments. i also couldn't find my way around the menus, or make heads or tails of the help file. maybe i'm just too used to microsoft i'm in over my head no
also, do you have any other software up that manipulates the teaskbar, such as teakshell or winfx?
i vaguely remember having this problem.. i don't have a fix for you.. however you might try leaving it un locked after you resize it, and logging yourself off, then back on. that should save the setting. then re lock it.
...that all depends if it's a verb or noun...
glad to have ya back
hehe i thought something didn't sound right with that scenario..
PLEASE DON'T GO!!!
as for additional programs.. the workarea in photoshop or the workarea in office programs, if you use windowblinds you can assign a background in user overrides

i should have mentioned before: btw, reason why i''d ask for the software is because i couldn''t find a converter. luckily i happen to be at my parents and i just realized my dad has every old version for like, the last 5 years. but shoddy luck, he already bought his own 2004 so i can''t give em this one. what version of quicken do you have? i bought 2004 in august.. and, well i hate it.. i came from ms money and i found the quicken interface so unaccessable.. something as simple as depositing your weekly paycheck turned into a nightmare because i couldn't adjust certain taxes. i bought money 2003 last week (9.99 on clearance!! wooo!!!) and i've just started loading my info back in. However, the money 2003 won't open a quicken 2004 file <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles
i just used the set browser app.. well it worked! firefox opened normally. but firefox itself wouldn't work.. hehe nothing associated with the tabs would work. i said maybe this is a sign.. i also ran it by some websites that use javascript and was reminded of the netscape days. loads pages fast but not much else. ah well. ill try again when its final is released. <A HREF="https://www.wincus
JD your problem, i believe, is related to stickikeys. it is an accessibility option built into windows. if you hold down shift for so much time, or hit shift 6 times in a row, it activates stickikeys. basically, your shift key becomes locked down. holding shift and clicking on a two folders will highlight all folders in between. holdign shift while typign results in caps. go into your control panel and go to accessibility options, and disable stickikeys. let me know if that helps.
