not that you stomped on me, phoon, but you thrashed a good product and a good company and i don''t think you had a right to. i''ve used both the all in wonder 128 rage and the tv wonder, the latter which is sitting right next to my radeon. the only problems i have had with the series turned out to be a conflict with my computer''s default multimedia settings (spacifically the way windows engages video and audio). when the video tried to come up from the tuner, something would go wrong. i checked

looks like its on stardocks end. but for future reference, if you have msn explorer installed (some machines do by default) it will have a download manager similar to the others described. you could load that up whenever you know you're gonna be away with a long download going.

its not just a problem setting the default application. by the way, ive set the new browser to be default in its own options, and in the program access rights options as well (where you tell windows exactly what programs to default to for everything). when i punch something into the run dialog box, for example, it just tells me the address can't be found. it isn't going to a browser.. it just gets lost. however when i've set my default back to another browser, it kicks up fine. thus the

from what i hear daily about the way dell builds their computers, albeit cheap and workable for the every day user, i'm betting the problem is an inability of dell's equipment to handle the card, and not a defect in the card. 256 meg is top of the line no matter how you look at it.. those machines aren't engineered for that. could be a pipe problem.

set it for black icons and its been that way for years. anything different is distraction.. i don't like having to figure out where the click point is, just to be able to drag an icon somewhere. i have however added the mac pinwheel thing for the busy/background cursors 'cause its pretty. pixoffice has a nice blue pinwheel too.

eer.. in either case, if that is an external program, you don't need it if you use windowblinds. many many themes come with their own minimize to tray button, or you can even use the windowblinds control panel to say 'minimize to system tray when titlebar is dub/right clicked'

i for one don't understand.. maybe i'm simply missing something they added behind my back, but- in windowblinds, you wouldn't have that button to begin with unless a. the theme already included that button, in which case it would be skinned as part of the theme or b. you are using an additional program to add that button, in which case the person who made the windowblinds theme didn't anticipate having a random additional button there to be skinned. the only extra bu
