ess is right, though.. you can get quality in anything you are proficient in. especially in graphics like you see here, you don't need an enourmous amount of quality, size, or layers. just accuracy. i will add to my previous comments, though, that i think the PS interface is intuitive and that makes it easier to get good results.

i have not used ps8 or other programs, but i do use photoshop extensively and i believe the reason for better quality comes in the program's drawing engine and tools. photoshop is geared to handle large project sizes at incredibly high resolutions, with multiple layers, and with multiple coloring engines. all of this equals quality. i don't know about other program's interfaces but photoshop's interface allows you to get down to the pixel itself for detail. it's filters are very minute, and it h

sorry, karma.. that post got the best of me early in the morning. i just think it really.. wrong.. for people to hit a download cap, pay 20$, download a bunch of stuff, then publically bash the company as not worth it. granted i don't know they hit that 50 meg cap before buying but it's a pretty good assumption, i think and it doesn't make that person any less obnoxious.
