I game very sneaky, and very deceptively. I've never been able to defeat someone in a head-on battle in any game unless I've had tons of practice, so I use what I call "Sneaky-Ninja-Assassin" style. Since I've noticed that not many people use this strategy(which may be a good thing...), I've decided to share my tips. Use these on any games that your having trouble with. Strategy 1.( TBS ) Don't declare war until your ships are positioned. This doesn't work as well in multi

I booted up the galciv writer to try and see what would be a good balance, and I cam up with this: Morale -10 Diplomacy -10 Ship Weapons +40 Soldiering +20 Military Production +20 Lose Control: Morale +20 Loyalty -75 Creativity +10 As you may have noticed from my mods, I am really into things that give both bonuses and subtractions. It forces you to make a real choice, and nothing like this was included in original Galciv.

Well, a while ago, I did Sort of find a bug that let me play past the end. This was on patch 1.5, so i'm not sure if it's still there. You'd press the esc key while the summary was up showing that you'd won. Then you could save. Load that save and you'd have one more turn.

The web page is coming along nicely now. Also, for the Evil Empire government, the people shouldn't lose morale when an Evil Empire is overthrown... I'm not sure if you can subtract %'s, but if so, the bonuses should be -morale and plus to stuff like defense and espionage.

Hmmmmm. Hairy is on now. Hurry yourself to the #Evil_Empire chatroom. Also, you can put all my mods on the Evil Empire website. If you want, you can only put my Good/Evil mod, because that's the only one that has something to do with us(sort of...), but I'd prefer that you do them all.

I'm not sure if I should be for it or against it. If I'm against it, will there be no more new senators? If, so then I would be against it. As many of you may have noticed, I think the number of senators in this empire is already large, considering theres only 11 people in it. If it's that anyone can make someone a senator when they join, then I'm for it. If the evil empire gets large enough, I would consider having more senators, but that's not going to happen for a long time.

I'd like to make sure that the Bakka Incident never happens again. Proposed Bill: If any member of the Evil Empire becomes non-evil three times, then they will be permanantly kicked out of the Evil Empire. If any senator becomes non-evil twice, then they will be demoted to overlord permanantly. This bill has my vote.

Most gamers have favorite games. I don't. I have a too hard decision deciding between which games I like better. I'll bring in two games in no particular order(These aren't even necessarily my favorites, they're just good examples) from the categories I play: FPS, Strategy, RPG, and Action. First Person Shooters: 1. Deus Ex. Got this one when the GOTY version came out. Engrossing singleplayer, and tons of replayability. I've probably replayed this one 5 or 6 times, and I'm stil
