In a least two and possibly three different posts that I clicked on today I get a message "The Requested Article Does Not Exist" This is not like the timeouts and server does not exist responses I've seen lately. It's just like a normal post page with that message in the middle. Is this a new site bug or is it possibly some moderated JU posts?

Oh, I forgot... Please do not use all caps...It's impolite to shout in the forums.
First right-click on the bar and uncheck "Lock The Taskbar" then click and hold the left button on the far left part of the the taskbar near (but not on) the start button and drag to the side or top. That should do it.
47songs, My Vaio is 1280 x 800 so you go with what you need and then I'll finally have a wall that's right for me too.
As the owner of a service based company in the "traditional sense" I really can't argue your points. I do find myself having to coddle certain clients to maintain their accounts while sometimes having to make other, smaller accounts wait while I move the more critical projects up on the schedule. This can sometimes promote a dissatisfaction among some of the smaller clients and if not attended to can ultimately lead to a loss of overall business. If I
I would start and finish at the size YOU wish to use it at. Then export it at the other generally used sizes. Having said that it's almost always better to reduce a large (say 1600x1200) picture than to blow up a small one.
Icon Developer, Click on the software tab at the top of the page. My suggestion is to go for the Object Desktop Package for @$40 US Gets you that and a whole lot more.
Building it yourself is not as easy as it sounds. I can remember putting together a 486 and buying only the very best parts. Problem was the very best parts hated each other. The Viper VLB Video card I bought wanted to use the same resources as the SoundBlaster card and the card that I bought to run my SCSI Harddrive and the sound card had IRQ conflicts with the mouse and on and on and on. If I put a price on my time that was the most expensive piece o
If your referring to a transparent start menu, the skin has to be designed for it. I believe the Pearlthane skin is one that is included with the download of Windowblinds. Some skins allow you to click a button to make the window transparent such as Kuantum by Kol. Hope this helps.
No offense intended. It's just gotten kinda overdone the last couple of months. I don't think there could possibly be anyone out there who still needs one.
Best thing you can do. Worth every penny.
I don't like a machine with shared graphics memory. It means instead of 512mb of ram you actually have around 384 (depends on your resolution) I also haven't had a lot of luck with Gateways. Currently I have 3 HP desktops (2 are CAD stations), 2 Compaq Desktops (older stuff 350 & 450 ones a Plotter Server), 2 Dell Desktops (CAD stations) and 1 Dell Laptop and 2 Sony Vaio Laptops. Hands down the Sony's are the best buys I've made. I use one myself and I
Thanks T-Man, the storage limit's a little on the low side for digital photography. I believe it would probably amount to maybe 6 or 7 pics unles I go to higher lossey compression. But beggars can't be choosers and I look forward to it. Personally I'd like to see tif as a possible format as they provide the best quality. Then you'd get 1 or 2 for every 10mb but as long as you can change the content fairly often it would still be workable. <img src="htt
Do you have the full version of WB or the free version. I don't believe the free version supports changing the toolbar icons.
OK, I'm not sure how far out of Florida the Publix Supermarkets go but have any of you seen the commercial where the little boy asks his mom to help him make a cake for his Valentine and then when she drops him off to school he leaves it with her. I'm not much of a softy but it g
Bump!
Favorite is Edy's Rocky Road, but thanks to this thread I'm currently working on a large bowl of Edy's Cookie DOugh left over from my son's 12th birthday thursday. Thanks SD
Thanks Joe...
?get rid of the forums?? If they bother you don't use them.
SDC only shows version 1.10.008 for me updated 1-11 TimothyBH is correct only tabbed docks use hotspots
SD you may want to look at what exceptions you have enabled in ZA. One of the things a good Firewall protects is the Admin account as that allows a hacker unlimited access to you computer. I don't use ZA so I'm not sure, but it seems like the logical culprit.
Is that to say that all the topics under personal computing are the only WC items in both?
If you follow Corky O's directions your machine will like OD+, Firefox is a Tabbed Browser, Wincustomize is a tabbed site. Seems to be catching on.
Sorry to hear about your troubles Joe. Hope things start to look up for you. Keep trying.
I'm not trying to be a smarta** just wanted to point out that no matter how you try someone will make money off of your work. It's just best to let it be you.
