The attraction behind my mods? I don't know, just something intresting. The 'Weather Control Pack' includes a PQ and a soldiering bonus, along with a couple of other things. Mainly, I'm looking for input as to what people would like to see, having already looked at my mod. Whenever Stardock gets around to it, I should also have a 'Jedi Council' mod, which is a new government choice. I'm also thinking about submitting another mod with more governments.

You are correct, Hermann. A blocade is as simple as putting ships in all eight adjacent spaces. It is effective for preventing another player from getting a particular resource or system. Intresting how there are two posts at about the same time. [Message Edited]
