I don't know if this is a problem with the game or with my computer, but on some turns ships try to move and go nowhere. Also, the culture uprising warning is present, even after there is no longer a threat of flipping. [Message Edited]

That is up to you. Events are generally interesting; it is nice to have more events that can happen. Also, new techs can be useful. I have a mod called 'Weather Control Pack' in the library that you might or might not have seen. It has two techs and an invasion tactic in it. If you get it, I'd like to know what you think of it.

I'm having slight difficulties doing much of anything right now due to lack of power at my house (:( . I'm using a friend's computer right now. And also, school work will probably limit my game time when I do get power. :notsure:
