Just a thought, would the KVM work with Multiplicity 3? I still have that copy.
You couldn't use MP4 to connect to a MP3 server but MP3 will connect to MP3 and should support Win7.
I was afraid of that. It does work great on "Seamless" but haven't figured out a way to transfer files from my virtual machine running my DOS program hosted by my Windows 7 machine to my Windows 11 machine. I can send them to one of my network drives, but this new computer is too fast that it times out real quick and reports that the folder is empty. Any ideas?
Can you not use MP seamless copy a
I'm not sure this thread is still active. I'm having the very same issues and it's over a year from this one. Both computers are running version 4.0.7.2. Primary computer is running Windows 11 Pro and the other is running Windows 7. Works great in seamless, but KVM says "one time passcode is wrong". I need a way to transfer files from the 7 to my 11 computer. Thanks B
I've been using Start 10, then Start 11 for years, but uninstalled it today, and installed StartAllBack. Windows 11 took away the ability to have toolbars in the taskbar, and StartAllBack restores that ability. Add the toolbar functionality to Start 11, and I will switch back to it immediately. I hate having to choose between WindowBlinds and the toolbar functionality, just so I can run Windows 11.
You

I think you may have misunderstood how the software works. If you have ONE monitor to share between your PCs you must use KVM mode. Seamless mode is for setups where you share the keyboard and mouse not the monitor.

Changing the setting to the next size smaller results in a full display in MP4. Truncated (bottom right corner): Not truncated:<br /
Any update to this issue or is there an update to the program on the horizon that will fix this? It's still ongoing on all machines. Turning off the enhanced taskbar is not an option for me. Thanks!
We have a 2.7 beta available which has some changes for this issue.

Thanks for the report. We have reproduced it here and have it solved for the next beta update.
can you resize the bar slightly less wide?
Are you using enhanced mode taskbar?
We are hoping to get a fix for this in the next beta update this week.
Does each computer have a screen attached? (A different one)
Does the message say why you need to reactivate? I would check you are using a different key on each and that you don't have any cleanup tools running to remove 'unneeded files' as we are aware some have errors which causes them to wipe out the activation state.
Did you do anything to resave the group?
Is the issue specifically only with that one app?
Are you able to explain which features in Multiplicity you are using here and how your setup looks? Is this KVM mode, Seamless mode, or Seamless display mode?
Quoting Neil Banfield, reply 82 Are you using anything else which might alter the OS as this is not normal. No, I don't use any other tool. In the meanwhile I found that this problem is occurring not only with the vertical task bar, but
Been experiencing this problem for months, tried all the suggestions everywhere I could find including here, and finally found a fix for mine. I somehow found a suggestion to try running LatencyMon for audio related issues and after checking the results with an LLM (actually being useful!), it managed to provide a few possible scenarios. Turns out the problem was actually a failing HDD that seems to be interrupting the CPU a
It would require Chrome to provide a mechanism for us to a) detect a tab is pinned and b ) be able to flag that something should be considered pinned when opened from the command line. Neither of these things exist currently.

We have tried the Windows store version of Slack but again the right icon shows. It is interesting to hear the Windows notification centre also shows the wrong icon though as that points to an error in the app potentially rather than Start11 as thats not something we provide. If you right click on the pin, does t
When I click on Start10tweak this comes up? I tried disabling program compatibility, but same message appears when clicking on Start10tweak.
Thats because someone at Microsoft decided to block older versions of Start11/10 on ARM machines (before it had support) and for reasons best known to them they blocked that exe too. Your best bet here is to open services and set the Stardock Start11 service to disable
Start10Tweak.exe should run just fine. What exactly does the error message say?
