Native Windows 11 Functionality: Hover the mouse cursor over the speaker icon in the taskbar and use the mouse wheel to adjust the volume.
Need to know a few things: 1) Full Windows version number xxxxx.xxxx format (please use winver.exe to check). 2) Full Start11 version number 3) Is your start button on the left or centered? 4) Is the Enhanced taskbar enabled? 5) Is your taskbar at the bottom, top left or right? 6) Are you running multiple monitors? Also, do know that you can only use a custom Start button if aligned left without enabling the Enhanced taskbar.
Ah yes, Rachel. It's the eyes! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons]:borg:[/e]
Yes, the Dream downloads seem to be running really slow, but it has nothing to do with a Windows update. The WinCustomize servers are just slow today.
Hi everybody, is there any update on this? I like the start11 menu very much, but I'm not a fan of the left-aligned text under the icons. As I could not find any setup entry yet, I finally ended up here... many thanks!
What style Start11 menu are you using? The Windows 11 style, Windows App style, Windows Pro style, and the Windows Launcher style all center the captions.
One more follow-up question. I still don't see an option to change these settings in the actual configure/settings menu of the interface. Is this now (and always going to be) a registry edit only?
Time will tell. It’s certainly possible if it’s popular with users. Didn’t realize you hadn’t installed the latest update to Start11. Glad you figured it out.
Here's what I get. Windows 11 Pro - 26200.7628; Start11v2 - 2.6.0.2 Using the windows pro style w/o Registry edit: Using the windows pro style with Registry edit: If you want to get

Open the config app and change the style, and then change it back. That should trigger the change.
Thanks for the insight. So quick question. I actually tried adding your registry entry at the location in your screenshot with a 0 value, but it didn't change anything for me.
You should be using the data value of 1 to get the desired results.
I still see this issue when I have the enhanced taskbar turned on. The badge on the taskbar icon is blank. It's not just for Teams other apps present the same issue. I just have this capture to illustrate it at the moment.
Just curious. Do t

Unfortunately, you cannot display the app name unless you hover over the app icon on your dock. Use unique custom icons so that you recognize the apps. There are literally thousands of custom icons on WinCustomize. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/
Don't install it from Object Desktop. Download the stand alone installer from your Account Download page, and then run this installer. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
For some reason those buttons on ObjectDock don't activate unless you click the top half of the buttons.
F.Y.I. Something I noticed with Fences 6.2.2.1 and Windows 26200.7623 I have "Require clicking titlebar to expand group" checked, and "Switch tabs on Mouseover" in the settings. I have a group of tabs with a combination of Folder Portals and Desktop Fences. One of the Folder Portals is set to View as List, and it does not fit in the Fence window. When I hover over the Folder Portal tab which is set to View as List, the Fence does not expand as expected based on my settings, bu
Did you download the installer from OD Insider? Are you using your OD Product Key to activate?
You might be able to accomplish what you are looking for using PowerToys, Workspaces. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/workspaces There may be a way to open the groups using CLI arguments within Workspaces.
No need to save the change. The start button should change as soon as you select it. After you make your selection, check your taskbar and see if it changed. P.S. Something went wrong when I tried to quote your post and it got deleted.
