You should probably submit a support ticket here. https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/14 Choose "Ask a question" and describe your problem. Supply all the documentation you can. Make note of your ticket number and don't resubmit as it will kick to the back of the queue.

Go to your Account Download page and click the three dots on the OD to open Product Key Info dialog. The Activations are listed by PC Name. You might need to deactivate the listings under the old PC Name.

The Start Button is a PNG image with a transparent background. Depending on the width of the image, the position on the taskbar can change. Not all custom Start Buttons are the same width, so the position can vary from button to button. Try some other Start Buttons and see what results you get. The Start Button you are using has three different sizes. Default; DefaultMedium; and DefaultLarge. Try these different sizes and see how they line up on your taskbar.

I agree that being able to set the Tab color independent of the background color would be a good idea, like ObjectDock 3.0.

Open the Start11 Config app and Go to Configure Menu > Advanced options and choose the pull down menu for "Icons should be sized." Select the size you want. You might have to play around with this to get exactly what you want,

Make sure this folder exists. C:\Users\ your user name \AppData\Local\Stardock\DownloadedDreams which stores all the Static background you have downloaded from within DeskScapes. If your go up one level to C:\Users\ your user name \AppData\Local\Stardock there should be a folder called DSCache which stores the Latest backgrounds. Check these folders and report back with your findings.

This phenomenon only seems to happen when I have an Explorer windows open and then open a Control Panel that opens in an Explorer window. An example is opening the Downloads folder and then opening the Reliability Monitor. It doesn't happen when these are opened in the reverse order. Windows 11 Pro - 23H2 - 22631.5189; Groupy2 - 2.2.0.1
