Glad you got it sorted.

Are the scaling factors different on each monitor? Make sure the Windows setting for the mouse size is set to 1, and then use the CursorFX settings to set the size of the cursor.
Start11v1 and v2 are different licenses. One won’t work for the other. If you have Object Desktop, that will work for both.
Typically, they should. Start11v2 has so many new options, you might want to consider rebuilding your Start11 menu. Some folks have had issues installing V2 over V1, so I would recommend uninstalling V1, Restart, install V2, Restart. Its up to you. You can export your settings from Regedit. Open Regedit and navigate to "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Start8" and right-click the Start8 folder and select Export.
Okay thanks. Now check the settings in Start11 at Taskbar > Enhanced taskbar settings > Taskbar button combining and let me know how you have that set. Then, check Taskbar > Enhanced taskbar settings > Taskbar button appearance. Do you have "Always hide text on buttons regardless of group state" checked? I have found that if you have "Never combine taskbar buttons" selected, with "Always hide text on buttons regardless of group state" checked, it will pro
Do you have the Enhanced taskbar enabled? Also, what versions of Windows and Start11 do you have installed?
Try checking again, we are starting to turn some of this functionality back on and this should be working now...however, we are still doing some cleanup of the data.
Fantastic! Thanks for getting this working.

Try logging in with a new Private window and see if that works.

This is good information. Thanks I am unable to test this issue as I am not running 24H2 yet, but hopefully Basj will be along and can test this further. I will bring this thread to his attention.
thanks for the info --- I got a reference number, but no conformation email --- is that the way the system works??
To answer your question, yes. When you submit a ticket, you are put in a response que. You should receive an email with a reply from support within a few days. They are really busy behind the scenes right now trying to restore everything.
Does it update correctly in the System Tray? Do you have Teams pinned to the taskbar?
Thanks Sed. [e digicons][/e]
Open the Fences Config App and select the layout tab. Under Layout Backups at the top, click "Save/Restore a backup," click the most recent backup, and then click Restore backup. If this doesn't work, or you haven't been auto saving daily backups, try restarting your computer and see if that works.
What version of Windows? Please use winver.exe
Is your current license for ver. 1 or ver. 2 of Start11? There would be an upgrade path from ver. 1 to ver. 2, but that would be for your current license, If you need a second license, that would have to be purchased, but you could upgrade to a Multi-Device license (5 installs). Click the small blue "Upgrade" link on the purchase page. https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/ for the Multi-Device purc
Start11 does not control the Taskbar date format. It does have the ability to add seconds to the clock. The clock and date format are controlled by Windows.
I believe the Stardock team are aware of this issue and are working to fix it as quickly as possible. Hopefully we will see this working again soon. Thanks for your report.
Thanks, and Happy Easter to you. Really cute pic by the way! [e digicons][/e]
Thanks BoXXi. I see a lot of your work on WC. [e digicons][/e]
Throughout History, most new technology has been perceived as evil at first. Some even feared the telephone when it was invented. Some doubted its practical utility, seeing it as a mere novelty rather than a serious communication tool. The same was true when the Internet was first introduced. So, who among you can go a week without access? The Stardock server outage has been a huge reminder of how much we rely on it. <span class="pjBG2e" data-cid="6857d93c-a0f3-45db-be8a-512a965bde56"

And that's precisely why AI is the worst thing to use here - it literally can't feel emotions, and cannot create anything meaningful without copying already existing material.
