Not immunity, but resistance. It takes more time or more SBs to flip systems with resistance, but it can be done.

AFAIK there isn't any list or a way to get one. When I come across a system with a PQ14 planet I might want to colonize at a later time, I write down the coordinates next to a map (small box with dots inside) of just the sector containing the planet. I often check system planet quality in the other Major's areas as I sometimes like to colonize a system right in the middle of a civilization I'm at war with (usually later in the game).

Maybe tomorrow, but more likely Thursday, unless I get some help from the Fundies ;) or something like that! :HOT: Right now everybody's still in it. I've only met three of the majors. I was extreamly fortunate in the initial land grab. I colonized everything I could get to, including PQ14 planets. When the dust settled, I had 50 colonies and wasn't at war with anyone. (I concentrated research on speed techs initially)
