Last second observation/request for cut scene movies - TA in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I know this is a last minute request but would it be possible to make the cut scene movies only open a windowed version of themselves please. Currently if you are running anything above 800x600 resolution the clarity of the movies is terrible and a real low point in a graphically brilliant game. Running the cut scenes in a pop-up window would allow them to show in their correct format and you would lose the terrible resolution you currently have. The main culprit is the initial starbase const

Go to your prefs.ini file and look for the following line: - SkipIntro=0 0 = movies off 1 = movies on the prefs file can be found in My Documents/My Games/(whichever version you are running) The above entry is on line 5. Hope that helps.

I like the program :) However it does not recognize that i have DA and TA installed and keeps telling me my registration details are incorrect for objectdock, which is installed and working through SDC.

Due to a change in the way espionnage works the only way to increase your knowledge of another race is to directly use your agents on one of their worlds. Frogboy did say that there was going to be a change in that in the final version but seen as nothing has been seen on that side of things in the last few betas i guess it is not going to change, unfortunatly. BTW You can still not spy on minor races either!

Hi :) Astral masters is ok as a card based game but not to my liking. I know of people who have bought it and love it though. I have Mr. Robot and it is a fun game (if a bit on the easy side) and one i would recommend to others. Cant comment on the rest as i have not played them.
