If you're using paid OD Plus now, did you have the free version installed before? If so, did you uninstall the free version before installing the paid version? If not, uninstall the OD Plus (and the OD free if it's still showing out there), reboot, and try re-installing the Plus. Also, on XP the systray function will only work if you are logged in as a user with Administrator rights. If you are logged in a

Shannon - I guess I read your post a little differently than Melibee did. There is only one version of MyColors, and that's the free version you have installed, so you are fine there. The MyColors program is free and they charge for the themes (other than the ones MeliBee referred to above). Object Desktop subscribers get discounts on the MyColors themes, or at least they did (things change and I lose track). To get the discount though you need to use your in

True Scot- From my vast experience with pngs (smirk - not even close) I've found that sometimes a program won't preserve the boundaries (and therefore the h/v ratio either) of what I'd call a "free-form" png - a png like some of the Object Dock TombRaider icons on the galleries here which have a person placed on a transparent square. I've had luck with preserving the boundaries by putting a 1-pixel dot in each corner of the image, making the dot an almost but not quite

Right-click on dock background Mouseover "This Dock" Mouseover "Add" Click on "New "Simple Animation" Docklet" or "New "Simple Animation" Shortcut" (that'll show only if you've downloaded the Animated Shortcut Bichur pointed to in #2 above) For some pretty decent detailed instructions on the Animated Shortcut see comment #67 under that download. The Simple Animation Docklet doesn't let you add a shortcut to it, it just sits there. Simple Ani

If that's a Sysmetrix object you've got running there towards the right, does it help to shut down Sysmetrix?
Also, as an Object Desktop subscriber you get 4 free MyColors themes annually
Oh ya, forgot that little tidbit, as I'm sitting here with one of them loaded up right this minute.[e digicons]|-)[/e] Pretty nice themes at that![e digicons][/e]

The MyColors program itself is free for anybody. You pay for the themes, other than a few free ones. As an OD subscriber you get a discount. I'm not sure if the discount is accessable if you buy through Impulse, you might need to use your internet browser to go to to Stardock MyColors site to get access to it.

I believe, and I do always reserve the right to be wrong, that the initial purchase of Object Desktop comes with a 1 year subscription of WinCustomize. After that, the WinCustomize subxcription does not renew with the renewal of Object Desktop and a person is subject to some download ceiling if they do not renew the WinCusomize subscription seperately. I'm also under the impression that everytime a person then purchases something from Stardock the download ceiling is reset. If I'm wrong abo

Until I saw this on the cover page I hadn't even gone poking around in Theme Manager to notice the new Aero Midnight suite. Hey, that's a pretty nice suite, thanks! Kind of amuses me - I so often see people grumbling about the opportunity to buy the occasional $5 premium skin if they want to and I'm sitting here with a really nice new free suite and didn't even know it! :SURPRISED:  Guess it's a half-empy or half-full kind of thing.

Your best bet is probably to start up a ticket with support here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit They're Mon-Friday, so you'll get a quick automated response but then no real response until Mon or Tue. Don't reply to the email or keep re-sending, it re-sets you in their queing order. Kind of a lame response on my part I know, but I hate to see this sit

Probably best to just start up a ticket with support and either reference this post or copy/paste it in: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit Odds are it's some installation issue, not an actual problem with the theme itself.

Looking at the screenshot I'm not seeing it either. Probably best just to send a ticket to support https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit and ask them. The odds of someone who has that theme stumbling across this post are, well, not so good.

Maybe support could link you up to a more agreeable previous version? https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit I did one of my horrible wordy posts on which versions I was having luck with in reply #17 here in case it's useful: https://forums.wincustomize.com/327796

Also, the free version of ObjectDock needs to be uninstalled before ObjectDock Plus is installed. If you didn't do that, back up any themes you've saved and any icons, backgrounds etc that you've downloaded. Then uninstall ObjectDock Plus, uninstall ObjectDock free, reboot, re-install ObjectDock Plus, reboot, restore your backed up icons and backgrounds.
Zubaz, Jim wasn't asking about Impulse versions.
I believe Zubaz was referring to the weather function in the latest beta version of Object Dock available through Impulse. I believe that Object Dock version is different than the Object Dock version available through SDC.
"If its not broke, don't change it!"
Probably applies here.
