If you save presets they're saved in a file in the skin directory C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\[SkinName]\[SkinName].WBO7 If you like to save presets (or make other changes to skins) you would want to backup the skin directories like any other data files. The presets are adjustments to the current skin and have a reference to the current skin - you wouldn't want to just copy them over to other skins (even if you changed the name reference). The

If you're inclined to play you might copy the files from the Fences snapshot directory and see what might open the copied files. I don't happen to have fences installed, don't know which files in particular would be the trick or what format they might be in, but that's how I'd poke at them, maybe rename the extensions on the copies. The backup directory is shown here: (you'll have to copy/paste the link into your browser, the link function doesn't seem to be working)

Right-click on the gadgets. The menus vary, look for "Autorun" or "Run at Startup", make sure it's not checked. If neither is listed, look for "Preferences" or "Properties", click on it, then look for "Autorun" or "Run at Startup". Turning that off will keep it from loading at login. Also in the right-click you should see "Close" or such which will close it.

You're downloading Windowblinds skins, and instead of seeing the start button showing with the skin you're seeing the default Windows start button, correct? Open up Windowblinds, click on "Settings" on the left side, in list of options that appear look for "Always use the OS start button rather than the style one" - make sure it's not checked.

Since you're going between users you would need to copy the files from the first user to another directory that both users can access (e.g., make a new directory c:\0Temp), then go into the other user and copy them over to that user's folder shown above. I'm thinking that the installer is not something that would need to be run often. 3 ways to unload Windowblinds: 1. Right-click on the Windowblinds icon in the systray and click on "Unload Windowblinds". or 2. Open up Windowblinds and apply the "Default theme" - the first skin in the list of skins. or 3. Hold the [Ctrl] button while pressing [Enter] at the logon screen - that will prevent Windowblinds from loading at boot.
