(It would be my buy if I wanted an AMD card) There is also Nvidia which is a bit more expensive. But they typically have much less driver issues and the rtx models have built in AI cores (tensor cores) which could be beneficial in the coming years

Looking at it, I think the mistake is that TVA is not true. VAT does not appear to be included. Fences costs 29.99 in US dollars and we do not have VAT in our country. Unless I am making a mistake in your currency the price listed equals the US price without the VAT tax on the website. They fired the guy who developed this OS concept. The good news is this concept may get scrapped. The bad news is that the new Windows OS guy is the old Bing guy. The exact thing you are looking for is not available yet. The closest thing is fences folder portals from the product Fences. Personally I create new desktop pages with different saved folder portals as a way for me to navigate file explorer folders better. It works pretty well for me.
