WindowsBlinds 11 is essentially the same as WindowBlinds 10 only with several updates to work better on Windows 11 as well. There really is nothing to be gained from using Windowblinds 10 over WindowBlinds 11 if you own neither. Also, WindowBlinds 10 has reached the end of its update cycle and only WindowBlinds 11 will receive updates.

Most Windows 10 skins are not compatible on Windows 11. Hopefully, more artists will update their work for things such as the new file explorer. As of right now the Stardock preloaded themes currently are some of the best skins for Windows 11. There are a few cheats you could use such as using explorerpatcher to use a Windows 10 style ribbon or windows 7 command bar on Windows 11. Explorerpatcher does not usually make release's for those builds. 22H2 and moment 1 with explorer tabs are on the release channel now. Explorerpatcher works fine with windows 11 22h2 and Windowblinds 11. The Windows 10 taskbar option does have a few bugs (mostly with multiple monitors) but the option to tweak on either a windows 7 or 10 command bar works as intended. I think you just need start 11 also running as well
